Quick answer

What do these terms cover?

These terms govern RackProxies, a service of ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA): 30-day rentals of dedicated datacenter IPv4 addresses, paid from a crypto balance. By opening an account, topping up or buying a rental, you accept them, together with the acceptable use policy, the privacy policy and the refund policy. Last updated on 19 October 2026.

1. Who provides the service?

RackProxies is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA) ("we", "us"). The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. Support: [email protected]. Abuse reports: [email protected].

2. What is the service?

The service is the rental of dedicated datacenter IPv4 addresses for use as proxies, each rented for 30 days.

  • Allocation. Dedicated: during your rental, each IP is assigned to your account only and is not shared with other RackProxies customers.
  • IP version. IPv4 only. IPv6 proxies are not sold yet.
  • Locations. Choose the country at checkout; a datacenter city can be requested where IPs are online in that city. Availability varies; the checkout shows what is online.
  • Protocols. HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5.
  • Access. Username and password, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs).
  • Delivery. After the plan is bought from your confirmed balance, the IPs are allocated and listed in your account with their country, port and end date. If we cannot deliver a rental within 24 hours, its full price goes back to your balance.
  • Traffic. Billed per IP for 30 days, not per GB, under a fair-use policy. We may limit use that harms our network, our partners or other customers.
  • Geolocation. Datacenter IPs are registered to hosting networks, not to home internet providers. IP geolocation databases can place the same IP in a different city, or even a different country, from the datacenter that announces it. We do not promise how any third party classifies or places an IP.

We do not promise that any website accepts datacenter IPs, and we do not publish speed or uptime figures.

3. Who may open an account?

You must be an adult able to enter a contract, and you must use the service for lawful purposes. Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions; you may not use the service from those places or on behalf of people located there.

Account-number login; email is optional. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. You are responsible for keeping your account number and proxy credentials safe, and for all activity on your account. We never ask for your account number by email or chat.

4. How do payments work?

The service uses a prepaid balance. You top up in crypto (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC); the top-up is the price of the plan you choose, less any balance you already have, and at least $25. To pay, send the exact amount shown on the payment page, on the network shown, then click I've sent the payment. Your payment is matched by its exact amount and credited once it is confirmed on the blockchain.

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page.

Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.

5. How do rentals and renewals work?

A rental starts when its IPs are delivered to your account. Each rental lasts 30 days from delivery. Renew from your account before the end date; keeping the same IPs after a rental ends is not guaranteed.

Renewal is paid from your balance at the price shown when you renew. If a rental is not renewed, its IPs return to our stock at the end date and may be rented to another customer later. We do not reserve an IP after its rental ends.

6. What happens if an IP does not work?

If an IP does not work or is unusable for a lawful use, write to support: we fix it or replace it with an IP in the same country, subject to stock. A replacement IP is a different address. The refund policy explains when a rental, or the days lost on it, are credited back to your balance.

7. What are the rules of use?

You must follow the acceptable use policy. Blocked on every IP: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587. You may not resell or share access to your IPs with third parties without our written consent.

8. When can we suspend or close an account?

We may suspend an IP or an account when we receive a credible abuse report, when we need to protect our network or partners, or when the law requires it. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension.

If we terminate an account for abuse, its balance is not refunded, and its rentals end without credit.

9. Can a product be discontinued?

Yes. If we stop selling a product, we give at least 30 days' notice. Rentals already paid run until their end date. Unspent balance stays on your account under the balance rule in section 4.

10. What are the limits of our liability?

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
  • We are not liable for how third-party websites, databases or networks treat our IPs.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event that caused it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the competent courts of Delaware, unless the law of your place of residence gives you a right to another forum. Before any claim, please write to [email protected] so we can try to settle the matter.

12. Can these terms change?

Yes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the changelog records material changes. A change applies to purchases made after it is published; rentals already bought keep the terms in force on their purchase date.
