Quick answer

What can I use RackProxies datacenter proxies for?

You can use RackProxies datacenter proxies for lawful work such as public-data collection, price monitoring, SEO checks, allowlisted API access, uptime checks and testing your own sites. Fraud, spam, credential attacks, denial of service and the other uses listed below are forbidden. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. This policy is part of the terms of service and was last updated on 19 October 2026.

1. Which uses are allowed?

Any lawful use that respects the rights of others and the rules of the sites you reach is allowed. Typical examples:

You are responsible for all traffic sent through the IPs you rent, including traffic sent by people or tools you let use them.

2. Which uses are forbidden?

The following uses are forbidden on every IP, whatever the target:

  1. Fraud of any kind, including carding, payment fraud, fake orders, chargeback schemes and phishing.
  2. Spam: unsolicited bulk email, messages, comments, sign-ups or reviews.
  3. Credential attacks: credential stuffing, password spraying and brute-force logins.
  4. Account takeover, or any access to an account, system or data you are not authorized to use.
  5. Denial of service: DDoS, stress tests against systems you do not own, or any traffic meant to overload a target.
  6. Unlawful collection of personal data, including scraping personal profiles or contact details without a legal basis.
  7. Evading law enforcement, hiding the proceeds of crime, or helping anyone do so.
  8. Ticket scalping: buying event tickets in bulk to resell them.
  9. Bonus abuse: claiming sign-up offers, promotions or free credits more than the rules allow.
  10. Malware: spreading, hosting or controlling malicious software, and scanning networks you are not authorized to test.
  11. Illegal content: distributing child sexual abuse material, content that infringes copyright, or any other illegal material.
  12. Harassment, threats, doxxing or the targeting of any person.
  13. Reselling or sharing access to your IPs with third parties without our written consent.

This list is not complete: any use that breaks the law where you, we or the target are located is forbidden.

3. Which targets are blocked?

Some targets are blocked on every IP, whatever your reason: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587.

We block them because these services are frequent fraud targets and because outgoing mail ports are a common source of spam. Requests to them fail through our IPs. If a lawful job needs one of these targets, run it from your own infrastructure.

4. Which countries are not served?

Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions. You may not use the service from those places, for people located there, or to provide services to sanctioned persons. You may not use it to get around trade sanctions or export controls that apply to you or to us.

5. How do I report abuse?

Send abuse reports to [email protected]. Include:

  • The IP address and the date, time and time zone of the event.
  • What happened, with log lines or message headers if you have them.
  • How we can reach you if we have a question.

Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. We may ask the customer for an explanation, limit the IP, or suspend the account, depending on the facts. We do not tell the reporter who the customer is, unless the law requires it.

6. What happens when the policy is broken?

When we confirm a breach of this policy, we may:

  • Send a warning and ask you to stop.
  • Block a target, a port or an IP on your account.
  • Suspend or close the account without notice in serious cases.
  • Keep and disclose records when the law requires it, as described in the privacy policy.

If an account is terminated for abuse, its balance is not refunded, and its rentals end without credit. The refund policy and the terms give the full rules.

7. Can this policy change?

Yes. We may update this policy when the law, our partners' rules or new kinds of abuse require it. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and the changelog lists material changes. Questions about the policy go to [email protected].
