**Quick answer — Can I get a refund on RackProxies?**

Yes, in the cases below. Rentals that fail or are not delivered are credited back to your balance under the rule in section 1. When a small plan costs less than the $25 minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. ## 1. What is the refund rule?

Dedicated datacenter IPs: within 24 hours of delivery, a rental is credited back to your balance in full if its IPs do not work and we cannot fix or replace them. A rental we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If an IP stops working later and support cannot fix or replace it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent.

Credits for rentals go to your RackProxies balance, where you can use them for renewals or new IPs.

## 2. What happens to my balance?

Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.

The balance is in US dollars. It is not a bank deposit and earns no interest.

## 3. How does the minimum top-up rule work in practice?

The minimum top-up is $25. A plan that costs more is paid at its exact price; a plan that costs less is paid with the minimum, and the difference stays on your balance.

| Plan | Plan price | Top-up | Part added to reach the minimum |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 IP | $1.29 | $25 | $25 minus $1.29: refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent |
| 10 IPs | $12.69 | $25 | $25 minus $12.69: same rule |
| 50 IPs | $33.75 | $33.75 | None: the plan costs more than the minimum |
| 100 IPs | $59.25 | $59.25 | None |

Example: you buy 1 IP at $1.29 and top up $25. The rest stays on your balance. If you decide not to use it, ask support within 30 days of the payment: the part added only to reach the minimum is paid back in USDT or USDC, as long as you have not spent it. If you have already used part of it, only the unspent part is paid back.

## 4. How do I ask for a refund or a credit?

Write to support@rackproxies.com. Include:

- Your account number, in a message you start yourself. We never ask for your account number by email or chat.
- The rental or the top-up concerned, with its date.
- For a rental: which IPs fail, what you tried, and the error you see.
- For the minimum top-up part: the USDT or USDC address and network where you want the payment, such as USDT on TRC-20.

Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week. We first try to fix or replace a failing IP. If an IP does not work or is unusable for a lawful use, write to support: we fix it or replace it with an IP in the same country, subject to stock.

## 5. When is there no refund?

There is no refund or credit in these cases:

- The IP works, but a target site refuses datacenter IPs. We do not promise that any site accepts them.
- A geolocation database places the IP in another city or country. Datacenter IPs are registered to hosting networks, not to home internet providers. IP geolocation databases can place the same IP in a different city, or even a different country, from the datacenter that announces it.
- The target is blocked under our rules: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587.
- The account is terminated for abuse: its balance is not refunded, and its rentals end without credit.
- The rest of the balance beyond the minimum top-up part, except where the law requires it.

Test a location or a target with 1 IP at $1.29 before you buy a larger plan.

## 6. Is there a free trial?

No free trial: test with the 1-IP plan; when it costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. The [pricing page](https://rackproxies.com/pricing/) lists every plan, and the [terms](https://rackproxies.com/terms/) set out the full contract.
