**Quick answer — What personal data does RackProxies keep?**

RackProxies keeps as little as the service needs: short-lived connection metadata, your account and its orders, and your top-up records. Account-number login; email is optional. Payments are crypto transfers on public blockchains, and no identity document is ever uploaded. Section 2 gives the exact rule for traffic data. This policy was last updated on 19 October 2026.

## 1. Who is responsible for your data?

RackProxies is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA), which is responsible for the data described here. Contact: support@rackproxies.com.

## 2. What do we keep about your traffic?

We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. For traffic that passes through our systems, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days to handle abuse reports and billing disputes, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and rental history while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy.

We use this metadata only for those two purposes. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

## 3. What do we keep about your account?

Account-number login; email is optional. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered.

For each account we keep: the account number, the email if you add one, your orders and rentals (IPs, countries, dates), your top-ups and balance, the IPs on your proxy allowlist, and support messages you send us. No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy, so we never hold copies of identity documents.

## 4. What does a crypto payment reveal?

A crypto payment is recorded on a public blockchain. Anyone can see the amount, the time and the addresses involved, and that record cannot be erased by us or by you. We link a payment to your account by its exact amount and keep the transaction ID with your top-up record.

We accept BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. If you want to keep your payments separate from other activity, use a wallet you keep for that purpose.

## 5. Which cookies do we use?

We use only the cookies the client area needs to work, such as the session cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies. The public pages of the site work without any login cookie.

## 6. Who do we share data with?

We share data only when it is needed to run the service or required by law:

- **Our upstream network provider**, which carries the traffic of the IPs we rent and keeps its own logs under its own policy.
- **Hosting and email providers** that run our servers and send the emails you ask for.
- **Authorities**, only when the law requires it, and only the records listed in this policy.

We do not sell personal data.

## 7. How long do we keep data?

Traffic metadata and account records are kept for the periods set out in section 2. Support messages are kept while your account is open, unless you ask us to delete them earlier and no dispute is pending. Payment records on a blockchain are outside our control and stay public.

## 8. What are your rights?

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to some uses. Send your request to support@rackproxies.com from the email on your account, or include your account number in a support message so we can identify the account. We never ask for your account number by email or chat, so only send it inside a message you start yourself.

Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.

## 9. Can this policy change?

Yes. When we change this policy, we update the date at the top and record the change in the [changelog](https://rackproxies.com/changelog/). The [no-KYC page](https://rackproxies.com/no-kyc/) gives a plain summary of what we ask for and why.
