**Quick answer — How do I contact RackProxies?**

RackProxies rents dedicated datacenter IPv4 from $1.29 per IP for 30 days, paid in crypto with no KYC. There is no phone line or chat. We never ask for your account number by email or chat.

| Operator | ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA) |

## What should I include in a support email?

Include what support needs to answer in one reply:

- **For a connection problem:** the IP and port, the protocol (HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5), the target URL or host, the exact error, and the time it happened with your time zone.
- **For a payment:** the coin, the network, the amount sent and the transaction ID.
- **For a refund:** the rental or top-up concerned, and for the minimum top-up part, the USDT or USDC address and network for the payment.
- **To identify your account:** your account number, written in a message you start yourself.

Before writing about a connection, try the IP with a plain request to `https://api.ipify.org`. The [quickstart](https://rackproxies.com/docs/quickstart/) has the command, and the [status page](https://rackproxies.com/status/) lists any known incident.

## Why is there no phone or chat?

Email keeps a written record of every request, works across time zones, and lets you send logs and transaction IDs exactly. It also means one channel to trust: we do not run chat accounts, messaging channels or social media profiles, so anyone contacting you there in our name is not us. We never ask for your account number by email or chat.

## How do I report abuse from one of your IPs?

Write to abuse@rackproxies.com with the IP, the date, time and time zone of the event, and what happened, with log lines or headers if you have them. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. The [acceptable use policy](https://rackproxies.com/acceptable-use/) lists what is forbidden and what we do about it.

## Questions about contacting support

### How fast does support answer?

Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week. Complex cases, such as an IP that needs to be replaced, may take a follow-up message. Rental credits and replacements follow the rules on the [refunds page](https://rackproxies.com/refunds/).

### Can I contact you without an account?

Yes. Write to support@rackproxies.com with your question before you buy. You do not need an account, an ID or a phone number to get an answer.

### I lost my account number. Can support recover it?

Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. If you added an email, write from that address to support@rackproxies.com.

### Is there a Telegram or Discord channel?

No. We do not run any messaging or social media channel. Email is the only way to reach us, and messages from other channels using our name are not from us.
