## What does RackProxies sell?

RackProxies sells one product: dedicated datacenter IPv4 addresses, rented per IP for 30 days. Dedicated: during your rental, each IP is assigned to your account only and is not shared with other RackProxies customers. Each address works over HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5, with a username and password or an allowlist of up to 10 of your own IPs.

The price list is short. As of October 2026:

- 1 IP: $1.29
- 10 IPs: $12.69
- 50 IPs: $33.75
- 100 IPs: $59.25

The price per IP never rises with quantity, and every country and city costs the same. IPv4 only. IPv6 proxies are not sold yet. Full details are on the [pricing page](https://rackproxies.com/pricing/) and the [product page](https://rackproxies.com/datacenter-proxies/).

## What does the site publish besides prices?

The site publishes public network data so you can choose a location on facts, not slogans. All of it was read on 19 October 2026 and carries its source.

- **[Country pages](https://rackproxies.com/countries/)** for 22 countries, built from the delegation files of the five regional internet registries: IPv4 addresses, IPv6 blocks and ASNs registered in each country, with a world rank.
- **[Datacenter city pages](https://rackproxies.com/cities/)** for 34 cities, built from PeeringDB: colocation facilities within 40 km, operators, internet exchanges and their connected networks, and the distance to the nearest city on the site.
- **[A datacenter proxy price index](https://rackproxies.com/data/datacenter-proxy-price-index-2026/)** with dated, sourced per-IP prices of other providers.
- **Two open tables:** [datacenter cities](https://rackproxies.com/data/datacenter-cities-2026/) and [IPv4 addresses by country](https://rackproxies.com/data/ipv4-addresses-by-country-2026/).

When a figure changes, the date changes with it, and the [changelog](https://rackproxies.com/changelog/) records what moved.

## How does RackProxies make money?

RackProxies makes money from one source: the rentals customers pay for. The site carries no advertising, and no provider pays to appear in the price index or the comparisons.

You top up a balance in crypto and buy a rental from it. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it. The [refund policy](https://rackproxies.com/refunds/) sets out when a rental is credited back.

## What does RackProxies not do?

Some limits are part of how the service is built:

- **No residential or mobile IPs.** We lease datacenter IPv4 addresses from established upstream hosting and network partners. These IPs are registered to hosting networks (ASNs), not to home internet providers, and no residential or mobile device is involved.
- **No promise that an IP looks like a home user.** IP databases label our addresses "hosting", and that label is accurate.
- **No banking, government or payment-portal targets.** Blocked on every IP: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587.
- **No harmful uses.** Fraud, spam, credential attacks and the other uses in the [acceptable use policy](https://rackproxies.com/acceptable-use/) lead to suspension.
- **No ratings or reviews we wrote ourselves.** You will not find star ratings, testimonials or customer counts here.
- **No ID checks.** No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy.
- **Not every country.** Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions.
- **No speed or uptime claims.** We do not publish a figure we cannot back with a measurement.
